Food
Food locally grown indoors and outdoors to provide healthy, organic products with no antibiotics, herbicides or pesticides at an affordable cost to residents. Regenerative farming and ranching techniques and soil rejuvenation make food growing sustainable for the long haul
The community will feature integrated indoor farming, including vertical farms and greenhouses, to grow a wide variety of crops year-round.
In addition, outdoor farming and ranching will take place at a nearby location to be acquired, utilizing regenerative farming techniques to promote sustainability.
Throughout the community, food plants and fruit trees will be thoughtfully planted as part of the landscaping wherever appropriate.
Residents will also have access to community gardens for personal use, encouraging local food production and community engagement.

SOIL REMEDIATION PROCESS
Soil Repair
Soil Conditioners: improve soil’s physical qualities such as structure, porosity, water holding potential, and ability to provide nutrition.
Soil Food: feeding the community of soil microbes including bacteria, mycorrhizal fungi and larger animals such as earth worms
Biofertilizer: contains living microorganisms which colonize the rhizosphere or the interior of the plant and promotes growth by increasing supply or availability of primary nutrients
